Unfortunately the water pressure is terrible and is only strong when you have either the shower head or the handheld part on but when both are on the water pressure isn’t very strong which is really unfortunate because I had high hopes for this.

How do get the spices clean? Both heads only have. Few streams with water coming out.

I have a Delta faucet but can't find the model number. However It seems to match your model 75498 SN exactly. My problem is the hand held portion of the faucet has developed a series of cracks along the side of the grip that sprays water everywhere.

How do I get the pull down shower head to turn on?

Hi JanL,Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 75498SN. The flow can be changed to the hand shower, shower head, or both with the knob behind the shower head on the right. One of the hand shower spray settings is a pause that reduces the water to a trickle. To change spray modes move the lever on the hand shower.
