How accurate is the meteoblue weather model? ›

The meteoblue city climate models achieves unique accuracy with errors below 1°C (hourly MAE) with the spatial interpolation technique, with a decreasing error when using more stations. We are also able to calculate the number of stations needed to achieve the desired accuracy of modelled data.

Answers such as “It's a sunny day” or “it's warm here today” or “Its cold outside” or “it's cold today” , “the weather is wet”, “it's raining” “”snowing” etc, or even “I haven't been outside so I don't know,” are all perfectly good answers. If you're in the same room, say I was just going to ask you the same thing .

meteoblue weather models are based on the NMM (Nonhydrostatic Meso-Scale Modelling technology. Model calculations are done for "domains" - large areas covering parts of (or even entire) continents, for which a complete forecast is calculated.

Global models with worldwide weather forecasts

These models are all generally fairly accurate in predicting large scale patterns/features, but all will become less accurate through time. The ECMWF is generally considered to be the most accurate global model, with the US's GFS slightly behind.
